报告简介：This course is the most important one to start and to have good understanding of the foundation of the field of Productivity before learning about other aspects, such as estimation, statistical inference, etc. It consists of 6 lectures (2 hours per lecture), plus informal discussions over coffee and lunch, supplemented with extensive reading material to be read in between the courses.
报告人简介：Valentin Zelenyuk is an Associate Professor of Econometrics at the School of Economics and Director of The Centre for Efficiency and Productivity Analysis (CEPA) at The University of Queensland (UQ). Recently he has been granted an ARC Future Fellowship Award with a funding of $944,000 for research on advancing the theory of productivity and efficiency analysis. He is an author of many articles on productivity and efficiency analysis in top refereed journals, including Journal of Econometrics, Operations Research, Journal of Applied Econometrics, Econometric Reviews, Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, European Journal of Operational Research and Journal of Productivity Analysis.
